When you use the booking form, we receive your name, phone number, the treatment you are interested in, your preferred date and time, how you heard about us, and any message you write. We do not ask for anything else.

We use these details only to contact you about your appointment, by WhatsApp or phone. We do not sell or share them for marketing.

If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, the conversation is handled through those services under their own privacy terms.

## Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows a Google Map on some pages. These services may receive your IP address when the page loads. Booking form submissions are processed by our website host.
