# Tooth extraction and wisdom tooth removal in Butwal

## When wisdom teeth need removal

- Repeated gum infection around a partly erupted tooth
- Decay that can't be repaired
- Damage to the neighbouring tooth
- Crowding or cysts seen on X-ray

## Aftercare (first 24 hours)

- Bite on gauze as instructed
- Don't spit, rinse hard or use a straw
- Avoid smoking
- Eat soft, cool food
- Take medicines as prescribed
